2. COVENANTS OF NON-COMPETITION & SECURITY BOUNDARIES (Article 23)

During active network deployment parameters and extending for a timeline of exactly twenty-four (24) months post-separation, no active operator or network member is permitted to compete directly for structural company acquisitions or pipeline opportunities within any market territory the company actively services, solicit ecosystem investors, corporate personnel, or network vendors, or leak proprietary code bases, system layout methodologies, or structural financial data models.

3. VERTICAL CLOSED-LOOP LOGISTICAL OPERATIONS (Article 24)

The Company maintains absolute authorization to vertically integrate core asset lines, real estate acquisitions, specialized trade builds, architectural landscaping layout configurations, property pipeline management, field leasing parameters, vendor logistics execution systems, and data software infrastructure layers to mitigate platform friction, drop ecosystem overhead costs, and secure maximized collective network payouts.

4. SETTLEMENT STRUCTURES & GOVERNING JURISDICTION (Article 28.1)
