§1You Will Not

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information in any form, vendor application, or financial document
• Impersonate another person, business, or municipal authority
• Attempt to bypass authentication, escalate role privileges, or access data you are not authorized to view
• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any THG system without written authorization
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest data through automated means beyond what is permitted by robots.txt
• Upload malware, exploits, or content designed to disrupt the Services
• Use the Services to harass, threaten, dox, or discriminate against any individual
• Use the Services to violate any applicable law, including export controls and sanctions

§2AI Outputs

You may not present AI-generated outputs from THG systems as if they were human-authored regulatory determinations, legal opinions, or financial guarantees. The Sentinel Verifier and similar tools are advisory; final responsibility rests with the human operator.

§3Enforcement

The Sentinel firewall may automatically block, throttle, or quarantine sessions that match abuse signatures. Human review precedes any account termination. Severe violations may be referred to law enforcement.
