Critical security and account-integrity emails (password resets, suspicious-login alerts, legally required notices, transactional receipts you initiated) may continue to be sent and are exempt from CAN-SPAM unsubscribe requirements.

§How We Honor Your Request

  • One click only. The link in any THG marketing or informational email contains your address as a parameter. Visiting that link is the unsubscribe — you are never asked to log in, type your address, or take any further step. This satisfies the FTC's 2026 clarification of CAN-SPAM § 7704(a)(3).
  • Immediate. Your email is added to the suppression list the moment the page loads, not within ten business days. The suppression is enforced at the email-sending layer; no template, automation, or campaign can bypass it.
  • Indefinite. Your suppression is stored permanently. We will never re-add you without an explicit, affirmative opt-in from you.
  • Auditable. Every unsubscribe is logged with timestamp and source for FTC and state-AG review.
